These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of myeasyapp.ca (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a platform designed to connect clients with qualified health and wellness practitioners for same-day, 48-hour, or future appointments. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

a) Clients:

Clients may use myeasyapp.ca free of charge to find and book appointments with licensed practitioners such as registered massage therapists (RMTs), chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and counsellors.

b) Practitioners:

Licensed health and wellness providers (“Practitioners”) may create profiles, post their availability, and list their specialties and areas of focus. Practitioners must subscribe to a paid plan (monthly or annual) to be listed and remain visible on the platform.

myeasyapp.ca is a directory and scheduling tool only. We do not provide medical or health services, nor are we responsible for the qualifications, licensing, or conduct of any Practitioner listed on the site. Clients are responsible for evaluating and selecting Practitioners.

By using myeasyapp.ca, you confirm that:

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent;
• If you're a Practitioner, you are duly licensed and in good standing in your province or territory. With payment processors for subscription billing;
• You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including health and privacy laws.

• Practitioners must pay a monthly or annual subscription to post availability and be listed;
• All payments are processed via Stripe;
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time;
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Clients may search for Practitioners based on availability, specialty, and other filters;
• myeasyapp.ca does not guarantee the accuracy of availability or outcomes of appointments;
• Bookings and communications may occur off-platform; myeasyapp.ca is not responsible for missed or canceled appointments.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or unauthorized content;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Use the site for illegal or harmful purposes;
• Infringe on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (including PIPEDA).

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• myeasyapp.ca does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or effectiveness of any Practitioner;
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from appointments booked through the platform;
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid (if any) for your use of the service in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new Terms. We will notify users of any significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia
